Macintyre's campaign to halt plant pests

My client Anthea McIntyre is a step closer to steering her legislation through the European Parliament which will mean better defences for our trees and plants from nasty alien pests.

These diseases can wipe out cherished species of trees and destroy crops, and as a continent our defences are only as strong as the weakest link.
