Kamall: Tusk proposals show Cameron's real progress

Responding to European Council President Donald Tusk’s draft proposals for a new settlement between the EU and UK, European Conservatives and Reformists Group leader and London MEP Syed Kamall said:

“When David Cameron began these negotiations, there were many who said “it can’t be done’ but he has proven his critics wrong since we are now discussing what is possible both legally and politically.

"David Cameron has already made good progress in the four areas of reform that he set out and I am confident he will make more progress before the February summit."
